Bluegrass Portraits
Jim Whitsel waits outside his camper at the Granite Hill Campground in Gettysburg during the start of the bi-annual bluegrass festival. Whitsel was recently cited with a DUI and lost his license, his family offered to drive him to the campsite for the festival this weekend.
