Pittsburgh's mayor Luke Ravenstahl (left) joined in to pick up litter for this year's October Redd Up while Boris Weinstein greets the mayor's assistant. Mr. Weinstein is the chief founder of Citizens Against Litter, the group which helped organized the annual event.
